We can offer you campsites and fun, family-friendly activities at Navy Getaway locations with views of the mountains, Pacific Ocean and the Puget Sound.

Hurry to sign up for our family camping extravaganza! Gear will be provided and your family will enjoy a full weekend of fun activities! Learn how to cook over a campfire, compete with other families in head-to-head competitions, learn a new skill at the classes, and unwind under the stars. Navy Getaways Jim Creek

Be part of the camping fun as Jim Creek is offering "first time" campers to the Great Navy Campout the opportunity to early register. Families who have never participated in the Great Navy Campout can register starting June 1 to June 30. Returning participants to Great Navy Campout can register starting July 1 to July 14.
Jim Creek will provide a free tent area at Bear Group Camp to families participating in the Great Navy Campout and will have games, contests, food and more all weekend for all to enjoy. Campers can also rent their own tent site or cabin at the regular prices. These are subject to accommodation availability.
NBK Bangor Trident Lakes Recreation Area

Get outside this summer and experience camping close to home. Discover your adventure with the Great Navy Campout and enjoy the Bangor Trident Lakes Recreation Area, hosted by MWR Community Recreation. We provide a barbecue dinner and pancake breakfast. Be one of the first 20 families to receive a FREE tent package rental (up to four: one tent and four sleeping bags). Sites are available if you bring your gear.
