The Fleet & Family Support Center on NAS Whidbey Island is excited to share an amazing announcement: we are expanding our services!
The Nor’Wester now has an annex office located on Seaplane Base for confidential appointments by request. The space is completely private and easier to access for family members living around or on Seaplane Base, or at the Navy Lodge. The facility is also ADA accessible. Our team members will be available for limited hours:
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Wednesday: 12:30 p.m.-4 p.m.
- Closed Monday and Friday
Our team will be available for Work & Family Life appointments. To schedule your appointment, please call 1-866-854-0638.
To reach our annex office, after going through Maui Gate or Torpedo Gate, drive past the Navy Exchange and Commissary. Turn left on Tulagi Avenue. Continue down the road until you see the gate that reads “Main Entrance.” It will be located right before the Naval Hospital Oak Harbor building. Enter through the gate and continue driving until you reach a parking lot. The building on your left-hand side with the blue trim near the roof will be the one that holds the annex office. You will see a small sign on the building that directs you to the other side towards the large blue doors. There will be a doorbell available next to the doors with a sign designating it as the Fleet & Family Support office.
The Fleet & Family Support Center is dedicated to one mission: serving those whose serve us. We offer these services completely free of charge. Our commitment is to the hardworking service members and their families who dedicate their lives to protecting our freedom.
