Join Navy Morale, Welfare and Recreation in recognition of National Physical Fitness and Sports Month!

Navy MWR Fitness wants you to get out, get active, and celebrate May as National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. Each week in May, you can participate in and complete a new challenge in one session or throughout the week. Each challenge includes the exercises and warm-up and cool-down recommendations. The challenges are designed so you can participate with or without weights or resistance.

The fitness challenges are:

1984 Challenge (May 1-7)

This fitness challenge is designed to show gratitude to all military spouses. We celebrate Military Spouse Appreciation Day on May 6 and reinforce their role and importance in supporting our service members. Invite your spouse, partner, child, shipmate, or friend, and complete the 1984 Challenge to show your appreciation!
