BRR: Bike, Row, Run

December brings the snow and ice, let’s warm up with the BRR Challenge: Bike, Row, Run!

3 miles on an indoor bike, 2 kilometers on the row machine, and 1 mile run outside (rain or shine).  We will have individual and teams competition. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for individual and teams. FREE for all hands! Captain’s Cup event. Sign up at NASWI Fitness Center front desk or online via myFFR.
