Are you ready to put your strength and power to the test? If so, come on out to our “Shower the April Power: 3-Lift Competition. This weightlifting competition will consist of three events: Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press. This is a great opportunity to challenge your PRs and shoot for your One-Rep Max. After all 3 lifts are successfully completed we will be adding up the total weight lifted. Any females whose weight lifted totals up to 500 lbs. or more and any male or females whose weight lifted totals up to 1000 lbs. or more will be accepted into our 500/1000 Pound Club! Minimum age 16.
