BASKETBALL COURT FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER
Honor a Gold Star service member by doing a physical challenge in their memory. Join us to participate in the Nautical Mile Challenge. Pre-registration is not required, participants are only required to show up. There will be bibs for people to wear to designate their challenge to that Gold Star member. Giveaways and snacks will be available. Captains Cup event for participation.
The challenge consists of:
- Running a lap
- 50 push-ups
- Run a lap
- 50 squats
- Run a lap
- 50 sandbag cleans
- Run a lap
- Grab sandbag
- Run 800ft
